Memorials 10% Promotion - Terms & Conditions

• Promoter is Dignity Funerals LTD t/a CMG.
• Offer available on direct cremations that have taken place at a CMG facility on or after 16th June 2025, voucher is then valid for 6 months after the date that the cremation has taken place.
• To be eligible to use the discount, you must be a UK resident and at least be 18 years old at the time of purchase. Only one voucher per purchase may be used.
• To redeem the voucher:
• The voucher must be presented and the code DC1 must be used at time of ordering.
• Both printed and digital versions of the voucher are accepted.
• The voucher will be distributed to customers who have arranged a direct cremation with CMG. Distribution may occur through in-person visits at a CMG site, funeral directors, postal delivery, or digital channels.
• To redeem the voucher, customers should contact their local CMG site and provide the voucher and code at the point of order. 

Offer & Limitations

• Proof of purchase may be required.
• Offer is 10% off of the full price of CMG’s on-site & Keep sake Memorial products (excluding Cemetery/Burial/Vaults and does not apply to aspects such as permit and internment fees).
• New Memorial orders only, placed on or after 16th June 2025. Not applicable to Memorial Orders prior to this date.
• The option of a memorial service in our beautiful grounds is valid for up to 12 people in attendance, for an estimated 15 minutes, supported by our dedicated and friendly local on-site crematoria team.
• Offer is subject to availability – products vary by site.
• Products are subject to individual lead / delivery times where time is not of the essence.
• Voucher and Discount can only be redeemed once for a maximum of 3 keepsake and /or on-site memorial products purchased at the same time. Cannot be combined with other offers.
• Dignity Funerals Ltd reserves the right at any time and with or without notice to withdraw or change this promotion at any time.
• Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the participant or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the offer except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
