Our crematorium and memorial grounds
Our modern crematorium and chapel opened in 2010, and was thoughtfully designed to ensure families and friends feel supported and cared for. Nestled in the heart of the rural Fens within seven acres of landscaped gardens, our grounds are a sanctuary for wildlife. Visitors often spot red kites, herons, cormorants and kestrels, while swans, rabbits, hares and deer are regular visitors too. This is a peaceful place for visitors, whether you are attending a funeral service, or visiting in remembrance.
A chapel for all faiths and beliefs
Our modern chapel at Fenland Creamtorium has large windows that fill the space with natural light and offer calming views of the countryside. There is comfortable seating for up to 99 guests, with room for an additional 50 guests inside and further space outside for larger funeral services. Speakers ensure everyone can follow the service. A modern sound system can play music of your choice, and there's room for singers and musicians too.

Our services
Cremation services at Fenland Crematorium
We offer attended and unattended cremation services at Fenland Crematorium
An attended cremation
Where family and friends come together for a funeral or memorial service in our chapel. You can personalise the service with music, readings and tributes. Loved ones will be able to spend a few moments with the coffin before leaving the chapel.
An attended direct cremation
This option enables families to attend the crematorium to see the coffin in the chapel. Although there is no funeral or memorial service, you can choose the music that is playing and will be able to spend a few moments with the coffin.
An unattended, direct cremation
A direct cremation means there is no funeral or memorial service in the chapel, and no mourners in attendance.
For more information about personalising a service, speak to your funeral director, or contact us.
